Use Mountain High Organics Inc. Certified Organic Virgin Coconut Oil as a replacement for other oils and fats in cooking and baking. Because it is rich in medium-chain “good fats,” replacing other cooking oils with virgin coconut oil generally creates a more favorable HDL/LDL ratio.
Use as a conditioner. Place jar in pan of warmwater to liquefy. Apply 1-2 tablespoons to wet hair and let stand for one hour before washing. Wash thoroughly with very warm water and a non-moisturizing shampoo.
